The middle part or second layer consists of edge to edge aluminium sheet for even heat distribution. The third layer is made of 430 stainless steel for induction compatibility. The brilliant quality of this cooker works with all surfaces like ceramic, induction, electric and gas, making it a premium quality cooker. The 2 litre size of this pressure cooker is ideal for cooking of 2-3 people, the 3 litre size is good enough for 4-5 people and the 5-liter size is very well for 5-7 people.
