The middle layer is Aluminium which is a great conductor of heat, hence it will help you cook faster. The third layer and the topmost layer are made from 304 stainless steel series which is Food grade and Food Safe, which means it is extremely healthy for cooking. This Kadhai has a shiny finish which enhances the beauty of any type of kitchen countertop. This Kadhai has really sturdy handles that will not break or bend easily. This kadhai also comes with a shiny stainless steel lid which can help different styles of cooking.
