Wow just wow! This knife makes cutting and chopping feel almost therapeutic. I saw many videos on Nakiri knives online and found lots of information about using them. With perfect weight balance and grip this knife is so much fun to use. Vegetables especially onions just fly out of the way when you chop them. It's like going through butter. Buy this knife if like me you also enjoy chopping and prepping vegetables. You will love it!!
Man, it's so good. Am just amazed with its sharpness. Earlier I used only crystal brands knives. Even today, I am a big fan of Crystal. Never satisfied with any other brand except this one. This is very lightweight and very suitable for vegetable cutting.
But as it's very sharp and lightweight u should be careful while using this.
I have been using this for the last month and am fully satisfied with this.
This is slightly larger and heavier compared to a regular tomato knife but very good for cutting saag and sabji.. finish of this knife is excellent.
1st time to learn Chinese cooking so decided to invest in a good heavy knife. And this product was awesome. Very sharp and cuts vegetables very smoothly. Loved it.
Works great whether it's veggies, fruits, or meat. Chop or mince with minimal pressure. The quality of the handle is good too. Would surely recommend it.
