This Casserole is made from premium quality stainless steel which has three layers, the bottom one is 430 stainless steel series which helps the casserole work on all heating sources, the second layer is Aluminium which helps in faster cooking and the third which is the top layer, it is 304 stainless steel series which is food safe and food grade.
