This grill pan is named Rockline because of the way it looks, it feels like its made of rock, hence the name. This grill pan is made from heavy gauge pure aluminum which helps the pan in even heat distribution (better than stainless steel). This product has a 3 layer of non stick coating and 3 layers of spatter on the inside as well as the outside. This grill pan is designed for fast and efficient cooking. This grill pan has an induction-friendly plate at the bottom which assures its compatibility with all heating sources like induction, electric, gas etc. The handle on this grill pan is a soft touch handle, which means when you hold it, you will feel its softness and the right balance that this is designed with. This grill pan requires minimal oil in cooking which makes it a healthier choice. Apart from that this grill pan can be a good host to a grill session with friends or family.
