Job Description: -

• Good knowledge of warehousing operations.
  
  
• Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of work experience as a Team leader in Ecommerce industry.
  
  
• Responsible for the inward stock count and ensure that GRN, Serialization, Inward QC and Put away happening on time as per the process.
  
  
• Responsible for day-to-day outward operation and order dispatch as per SLA.
  
  
• Inventory Management: Ensuring maximum and minimum inventory levels, Physical Verification, Stock Audit, Reconciliation and Cycle Count Process.
  
  
• Handling Returns (RTV, RTO, NDR, Customer returns) replacements & escalations.
  
  
• Preparation of all MIS related to operations and good knowledge of advance excel.
