Job Description: -

• Understand Fulfilment operations and work closely with Fulfilment and Marketplace teams to ensure our Benchmark Service Performance
  
  
• Understand Catalogue operations to work closely with Internal Catalogue team and Marketplace teams to ensure quick Catalogue Go-Live
  
  
• Work closely with Business Managers to ensure our high Merchandize visibility
  
  
• Understand end-to-end Marketplace operations to take on projects to improve Operational efficiency
  
  
• Understand the product offerings of Shri and Sam

Job Requirements: -

• 1+ years of experience in the Retail, eCommerce industries or in any data analysis related roles
  
  
• Holds a bachelors degree and has displayed good academic credentials
  
  
• He/she is comfortable with MS Excel and basic data analysis
  
  
• Holds good analytical and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Has good written and verbal communication skills
  
  
• Understanding of Business processes is a plus
  
  
• Learn, understand and provide recommendations to stakeholders on ways to improve Operations
  
  
• Work daily in a fast-paced unstructured environment, in a rapidly growing industry.
