Apart from that, the aluminum core between stainless steel layers allows it to heat evenly and quickly. This tawa works on all heating sources like gas, induction, electric, ceramic and halogen. This product will have no effects, even if you use steel kitchen tool on it, as the tool would not be able to touch the non stick coating, but generally, it is recommended to use nylon kitchen tools. This tawa can be easily cleaned and is very easy to maintain in comparison with normal non stick tawas. The handle of this tawa also has a mirror finish and is heat resistant which helps you hold it while the tawa is hot.
