2 tablespoons (30g) butter
2 slices hearty white bread
2 slices American or cheddar cheese
1 tsp Salt
How to: -
First of all take a pan and melt a piece of butter on it over low flame. Now add both the bread slices on it, flipping them time to time. Do this till the time it turns golden brown. Do this in total for about 2-3 minutes.

Now take the bread slices off the pan, and put cheese slices on both sides and then put them together like a sandwich.
Now melt another piece of butter in a pan and then put the entire sandwich on it. Cook it for about 5 minutes, turning it time to time. Remove the sandwich with a flexible spatula. Then add the remaining butter. Then put the sandwich again on the pan on low heat and sprinkle some salt. Cook again for about 2-3 minutes and turn it time to time.

Take it off the pan, your grilled cheese sandwich is ready to be served.
