Prepare stir fry quick ramen noodles

Posted by KP Advisers on

You may be curious about how this delectable dish is prepared or, more significantly, what ramen noodles are composed of. All types of this famous dish have a similar ancestry and history, from simple cup noodles eaten by hungry students to hot bowls of broth and pork cooked elegantly by expert chefs for hours or even days at a period. The ingredients are very straightforward: noodles and broth. But from there, the possibilities are infinite. One can make the broth itself from a variety of ingredients. It's usually made of chicken or pork stock. However, one can also make it with fish or vegetables. Shiitake mushrooms, shallots, sardines, and even kelp may be used to flavor the soup. Depending on how much fat the broth absorbs, it might be rich and creamy or thin and transparent. Soy sauce or miso, a powder derived from fermented soy, can enhance the broth's flavor. However, most scholars believe this is a folk story. One of the exciting things about ramen is that it can be eaten and enjoyed in many ways. This noodle has a great deal of promise. Today, though, we'll concentrate on Quick Ramen Noodle Stir Fry.

Ingredients

Before you toss in the sauciest of all sauces that require a few pantry items, the noodles only need 3-4 minutes to get lovely and soft while your ground beef gets that wonderful crumble.

  1. Couple (3.5-ounce) packages of instant ramen noodles, without the flavor packets
  2. beef stock, 1/3 cup
  3. a quarter cup of oyster sauce
  4. A tablespoon vinegar (as per requirement)
  5. A teaspoon Sriracha
  6. A tablespoon sesame oil, roasted
  7. A pound of ground beef, lean
  8. A cup sweet onion, chopped
  9. 3 garlic cloves, minced
  10. A tbsp ginger (freshly grated)
  11. A couple of finely sliced green onions
  12. Half teaspoon sesame seeds, roasted

Instructions

  • Initially, cook ramen noodles in a wide saucepan of simmering water until soft, about four to five minutes; rinse it via cold water and drain thoroughly.
  • Next, whisk together beef stock, oyster sauce, rice wine vinegar, and Sriracha in a medium mixing basin.
  • In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  • Cook, occasionally stirring until the ground beef has browned. It usually takes 3-5 minutes, wherein excess fat is drained, and garlic and ginger get into the noodles, making it fragrant. Abrade any browned bits from the base of the skillet before adding the beef stock mixture.
  • About 1-2 minutes after adding the ramen noodles, stir until they are cooked through and uniformly covered with sauce if you fancy; season with green onions and sesame seeds right before serving.

Conclusion

That's what it's all about. It doesn't take many ingredients, and because it's made using ground beef and instant ramen noodles, it'll be ready in no time. The taste one gets to enjoy makes the dish worth trying at least once in a lifetime.
